LITERATURE: Due to the nature of the item purchased LITERATURE IS NOT RETURNABLE FOR CREDIT OR REFUND. If we do send you a manual for the wrong model we will gladly exchange it for the correct model.

IF YOU DO NOT WANT THE ITEM: We will accept the item for return assuming that the item is in new condition and in its original packaging. The request must be made within 30 days of date of purchase. The return will be assessed a 20% restocking charge and no credit will be given for outbound freight.

IF WE MAKE A MISTAKE: We Make every effort to identify the item needed by you. We will describe the item requested and we have to rely on you to make the final determination if you think we have it correct. If you are not sure if the item selected is the item you need please contact us. If we do make a mistake we will make every effort to correct the order and ship it out with no additional shipping charges to you. We will credit or bill for any changes in the difference of the item sent and item needed.

IF YOU MAKE A MISTAKE: We will accept the item back following the same guidelines as if you do not want the item. DEFECTIVE PARTS: Kenwood warranties its parts for 30 days. We will exchange defective parts only. The item must be returned prepaid to us and we will ship the item no charge to you.

ONCE AN ELECTRICAL OR MECHANICAL ITEM HAS BEEN USED WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCEPT IT BACK FOR CREDIT

SALES TAX: We are required to collect sales tax on the total of your order if it is shipped to an address in New York State. The tax will be added to your order.
